Pastor Gary Gilley
has pastored at Southern View Chapel since 1975. Along
with his preaching and teaching ministry, he
is also the author and general editor of the
monthly contemporary theological issues publication “Think
on These Things”. He has authored
several
books including, “I Just Wanted
More Land”—Jabez, This
Little Church Went to Market and This
Little Church Stayed Home.
In addition to speaking
at various conferences throughout the country and overseas, Pastor Gilley
serves on the board of the Brazil Gospel Fellowship
Mission and the advisory board of Personal Freedom
Outreach.
Pastor Gilley received his B.A. from Moody Bible
Institute and his M.B.S. and Th.D. from Cambridge
Graduate School. He and his wife Marsha
have two adult children, Ben and Brian, and three grandchildren. |

Brian Gilley

Upon
his graduation from Baptist Bible College of
Pennsylvania in the Spring of 2003, Pastor Brian
joined the staff of Southern View Chapel as Youth
Pastor. His primary ministry responsibilities
are to the junior and senior high youth groups. While
providing ongoing leadership and direction to
the youth leader staff, Pastor Brian is directly
responsible for the teaching and equipping of
the SVC youth. He organizes and leads activities,
events, retreats, Bible studies, prayer meetings
and various service opportunities for the youth.
He and his wife Priscila, who is also a graduate
of Baptist Bible College, were married in 2003 and have one son. |
